Caroline founded her first business when she was 26 and within two years it turned over £2 million plus. For the last 30 years, she has used her own extensive experience to support other businesses to grow and maximise opportunities. She has worked at board/senior leadership level with many organisations including BAe Systems, Citi, RBS and Nuffield Health. She is also co-founder of Mindlab, taking mindfulness training into the workplace.
